Nora's (No Ordinary Rules Apply) award-winning reusable menstrual pads are the perfect option for an eco-friendly period. They are more absorbent than disposables and softer than a powder puff!
These bamboo bloomers are bold, beautiful and perfect for those who prefer natural fabrics next to their skin. There are four sizes to meet every shape and flow and a choice of pretty mix and match prints.

Nora are the first brand in the UK to make the waterproof layer (the essential part that prevents leaks) from super-soft recycled polyester yarn derived from plastic bottle waste. Save money over the long-term too - a pad should last around 10 years. See the full Nora range.
Available in various sizes:
Mini: small and compact, perfect for light days or flows and a great little pad for stress incontinence too. Length approx 21cm, holds up to 65ml
Midi: for medium flow. Length approx 26cm, holds up to 90ml
Maxi: for heavy flow days. Length approx 29cm, holds up to 170ml
Mighty: for heavy days and nights. Length approx 32cm, holds up to 195ml
Trial kit: Contains a pad of each size plus an out and about bag for changes on the go. The bag holds four to six washable sanitary pads in two separate compartments. Note: prints may vary from picture shown.
Surface: bamboo fleece; Core: Polyester microfibre; Soft waterproof exterior made from recycled plastic bottle waste. All Oeko-Tex 100 certified, which means there are no harmful chemicals in the product or next to your bits!
Instructions for care:
- Rinse in cold water immediately after use to stop stains setting.
- Store in waterproof bathroom bag and wash within 48 hours.
- Wash in non bio at 40 and tumble cool
- No fabric softeners - they will reduce absorbency
- No harsh stain removers - they may cause irritation and can damage the waterproof membrane

Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We usually post Monday, Wednesday and Saturday but often more regularly than that and often dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
All items are shipped via Tracked Royal Mail with a choice of first or second class delivery at the following rates:
Second class
- Up to £60 - £2.89
- Above £60 - FREE
First class
- £3.79

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
