- Reusable aluminium bottles
Aluminium bottles - aluminium is widely recycled with home recycling but even better to reuse them or return to Beauty kitchen for reuse (see below).
Pump - contains metal springs, so they need to be broken down for recycling. Return them to Beauty Kitchen with the rest of your packaging and we’ll do that for you. They're currently working on creating pumps without any metal parts.
Rock paper labels - The most sustainable water-resistant material they can find. It’s 80% limestone dust (a “waste” product) and is made using no water and no bleach. Applied using ultra low-tack adhesive so they can be easily removed for reusing bottles and jars.
How to return your empties by post:
Download a free shipping label and drop your package off at the nearest Collect + location. You can re-use the box your initial package came in, or any spare box you have lying around - a great way to recycle packaging! Please make sure the packaging is secure - perhaps use old newspaper or empty toilet roll tubes to pad it out. Why not save your empties to send as a batch to reduce the impact on the environment?
