Nora's award-winning reusable menstrual pads are the perfect option for an eco-friendly period. Super-soft easy to use and super absorbent, this is one sustainable swap you'll wish you'd made earlier!
Made in the UK, Nora (No ordinary Rules Apply) reusable period pads have a stay-dry interior and stain repellent top layer. Reusable and washable, they are designed to last up to 10 years or 150 washes, saving thousands of disposables from going to landfill.
This pack contains all you need to try period pads out. Contains:
- One reusable pad wet bag.
- One liner: This dainty panty liner is also perfect for using along with a cup.
- One light pad, perfect for light days or flows.
- One moderate pad for those medium-flow days.
- One heavy pad, great for overnight use

Outer: 100% Recycled Polyester with PU Coating
Core: 100% Polyester
Inner: 53% Recycled Polyester 47% Polyester
The majority of Nora products are made in their own factory In Glasgow, not shipped from thousands of miles away! They have over 20 years experience of manufacturing reusables, through their brand TotBots. They have designed a range of reusable products with comfort and performance in mind, to make single-use periods a thing of the past.
Instructions for care:
Rinse in cold water immediately after use to stop stains setting. Store in waterproof bag and wash within 48 hours. Use non bio laundry powder for best results.
No fabric softeners - they will reduce absorbency
No harsh stain removers - they may cause irritation and can damage the waterproof membrane

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We usually post Monday, Wednesday and Saturday but often more regularly than that and often dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
All items are shipped via Tracked Royal Mail with a choice of first or second class delivery at the following rates:
Second class
- Up to £60 - £2.89
- Above £60 - FREE
First class
- £3.79

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
