This eco-friendly, vegan cleaning system from Neat cleans effectively whilst being plastic-free and using only plant-based ingredients. It looks and smells great in your home too!

Multi-surface (Seagrass and lotus) - Get your surfaces brilliantly clean with the multi-surface Cleaner. A hard-working hero, it's great on almost all surfaces - it smells great too!
Anti-bac (Mango and fig) - packed full of powerfully plant-based ingredients that kill 99.9% of bacteria whilst cutting through tough grease and grime - it's the perfect all-rounder for everyday kitchen spills and messes.
Anti-bac bathroom (Sage and mint) - with powerfully plant-based ingredients that quickly dissolve limescale and soap scum build-up, this anti-bac bathroom cleaner is everything you need to tackle the bathroom.
Available as starter set or refill only:
- Starter set - includes a single reusable spray bottle as well as a Neat cleaning refill. The tough, durable spray bottle is made from aluminium and can be refilled with any of the neat refills available giving it lifelong use.
- Cleaning refill - packaged in a glass bottle that can be reused or recycled after use.
Neat cleaners are easy to make up - simply shake a single bottle of cleaning solution with 470ml of water in the spray bottle and the cleaner is done and ready to get to work. Before refilling your bottle again, we recommend rinsing it, as well as the pump, with clean warm water. If you live in a hard water area, we sometimes find that the limescale build-up can clog the pump a little. If this happens, soak your pump in warm water with lemon juice or citric acid, and pump the solution through a few times.

The cleaner works best on: wood, glass, stainless steel, sealed ceramic, laminates as well as sealed stone, granite and marble. It’s unsuitable for unsealed stone, granite and marble but make sure to test the cleaners on a concealed surface to check suitability before use.
Ingredients:
Seagrass and Lotus: 5-15% Non-ionic surfactants, perfumes (contains d-limonene, linalool), <5% cationic surfactants, preservatives (contains phenoxyethanol).
Mango and Fig: 5-15% Non-ionic surfactants. < 5% Fragrance (contains d-limonene, butylphenyl methyl propional), disinfectants, preservatives (contains phenoxyethanol).
Sage and Mint: 5 - <15% non-ionic surfactants. < 5% Disinfectants, preservatives (contains phenoxyethanol), perfumes (contains hexyl cinnamal, citronellol, d-limonene, butylphenyl methylpropional, geraniol, linalool, citral, eugenol).

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We usually post Monday, Wednesday and Saturday but often more regularly than that and often dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours.
Items can be shipped either via Royal Mail standard postage or Tracked at the following rates:

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
