We use Royal Mail delivery: Second class free (tracked) over £60, from £2.99 under £60; First class from £3.79. Click on 'Delivery and returns' below for more detail.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 24 hours.

Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Please also allow for our packing time when estimating timescales for delivery. 

Items can be shipped either via Royal Mail standard postage or Tracked at the following rates:

Second class

  • Up to £60 (Standard) - £2.99
  • Up to £60 (Tracked) - £3.29
  • Above £60 (Tracked) - FREE

First class

  • Standard - £3.79
  • Tracked - £4.09

Returns Policy

If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.

very effective scourers

These are really good at removing dried on food. Some bits of the scourer do come off though, will maybe settle down with time

Excellent

Delivery and packing could ask for more, I have never previously used and in the process of trying to make life a little more eco friendly. When I first got the product I thought it's feels very rough there is no way this is not going to sratch my pans, but buy god it's brilliant it gets off the most stubborn baked on residue with no damage to pans. I .impressed x

Good, but a little large

These generally work very well, although due to their shape, it can be tricky to get enough pressure behind to have a really good scrub. They also don't get into corners very well! Excellent on porcelain/ceramic hand basins and stainless steel sinks but can't get underneath taps as they're slightly too large.
