Ben & Anna are a strictly vegan couple, and have created products based on being sustainable, vegan, and plastic-free. All of their products use ingredients of natural origin only and are certified accordingly. All ingredients are always vegan and microplastic-free. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 24 hours.
Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Please also allow for our packing time when estimating timescales for delivery.
Items can be shipped either via Royal Mail standard postage or Tracked at the following rates:
Second class

First class

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
