Period pad (natural organic) - various flows

Eco Femme natural organic pads have a comfortable, soft, unbleached organic cotton flannel top side, with the backing layer in a co-ordinating pattern (note pattern can vary on the back). The pad fastens underneath with a single popper. Use the plain side towards your skin. Each pad includes a hidden PUL (polyurethane laminate) layer for leakproofing.

Fully machine washable, the pad comes packaged in recycled packaging with full instructions on use and care. With care, your Eco Femme pads should last you for several years, giving a significant cost and waste saving over disposable products.

Available in various flow options (note sizes quoted are after pre-washing, as they tend to shrink slightly):

Panty liners (pack of three, blue): Designed for every day use, these panty liners have 3 layers of absorbency. Suitable for light flow/ spotting/ daily freshness. Very slim fit. Length approx 18cm, width when closed 6cm.

Day pad (pink): Suitable for regular flow. Designed for daytime use throughout your period, it has 5 layers of absorbency,  Length 21.5cm, width when closed 6cm.

Day pad plus (purple/green): Suitable for heavy flow. Longer than the day pad, shorter than the night pad, the day pad plus is an ideal choice for your heavier days, giving you extra protection and absorbency when you need it most. Inside are 6 layers of absorbent cotton . Length 26.5cm, width when closed 7cm.

Night pad (red): A longer length pad for use at nights or when you have a heavy flow. The night pad consists of 7 layers of fabric for absorbency. Length 30cm, width when closed 7.5cm.

Eco Femme is a global women's empowerment project, promoting menstrual practices that are healthy, dignified, affordable and eco-positive. Rural Indian women's collectives stitch these pads, which are then ethically traded - available to Indian women at cost price to be affordable, and sold internationally to help sustain and fund the project.
