We will choose from our carefully curated selection of sustainable products to build a unique gift that's tailored to your recipient's tastes and preferences. Simply choose how much you want to spend, let us know any of your requirements and we will do the rest!
All gifts will be worth more than the cost price and may include some unique items not available on the website. But all will be more sustainable alternatives.
Presented in a recyclable cardboard box with brown shredded paper and branded with The Green Turtle logo, the box lid can be hand-personalised with the recipient’s name.
Provide us with details in the drop down menus to help us collate items the recipient will love. Is there a particular scent or colour they like for example? Or do they have a hobby that is useful to know about? Or is there something they wouldn't want - they don't have a bath or can't stand the smell of lavender, for example? We may not be able to match your exact needs but we'll try our best!
We can also ship directly to the recipient - again just let us know in the drop down menu.
Please allow a few additional days for us to select and package the item before posting.
How it works:

- Contact us if the amount you want to spend isn't included and we'll get that updated.
- We'll then package everything together, plastic-free of course!
- If you want your gift sent directly to the recipient please make sure you put their address down as the shipping address when checking out

Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 1-2 working days of ordering, but this may be a bit longer at busy times. Note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be posted before Monday. We endeavour to add a notification banner if packing and posting will take longer than usual at certain times.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We use tracked postage, and Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Occasionally Royal Mail experience delays, which are outside of our control. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for our packing and postage timescales when estimating timescales for delivery.
Items can be shipped at the following rates:
Second class

- Above £50 (48hr tracked) - FREE
First class
- Up to £50 (24hr tracked) - £4.29
- Above £50 (24hr tracked) - £1.49

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
