We have two options:
Starter set - includes a single reusable spray bottle as well as a Neat cleaning refill. The tough, durable spray bottle is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and can be refilled with any of the neat refills available giving it lifelong use. For this product, Neat has chosen to use 100% post-consumer recycled plastic for the bottle largely to ensure that it can be sprayed upside down, which couldn't be made to work for their usual aluminium bottle. Traditional toilet cleaners are a huge area for plastic waste so the reusable nature of this bottle reduces this significantly.
Cleaning refill - packaged in a glass bottle that can be reused or recycled after use.
Neat cleaners are easy to make up - simply shake a single bottle of cleaning solution with 470ml of water in the spray bottle and the cleaner is done and ready to get to work.

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 24 hours.
Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Please also allow for our packing time when estimating timescales for delivery.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
