Start your day with a moment of self care. Tongue scraping is mainly used to prevent bad breath. Tongue scraping aims to remove odour-causing substances that build up on your tongue overnight while you are sleeping.
Tongue scraping is traditionally an Ayurvedic practice. The Ayurvedic perspective is that by removing this coating you improve your ability to taste your food, which makes it more satisfying.
Measures: approx 15cm long x 7.5cm (at widest point)
How to use: It is recommended to scrape your tongue first thing in the morning. After brushing and flossing hold both handles, try and relax your tongue using the scraper to scrape from the back of your tongue to the front. Reach as far back as you feel comfortable and repeat 5 times or more if needed. Rinse and store in a dry place.

This tongue scraper is made from 304 stainless steel. Available in rose gold or silver colour. The rose gold is plated and won’t fade.

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 24 hours.
Note that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Occasionally they experience delays. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Please also allow for our packing time when estimating timescales for delivery.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
